RETURN & REFUND POLICY

STATIONERY COLLECTION — RETURNS (SHOPIFY COLLECTIVE ITEMS): Items purchased from our Stationery collection are fulfilled by third-party suppliers through Shopify Collective and are subject to a separate return policy. Return requests for these items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at ilea@flutterbycreation.com with your order number, photos of the item(s), and reason for return. Return eligibility is subject to the fulfilling supplier's policy, and we will work with you to resolve any issues.

OUR PRODUCTS: The majority of our products are final sale and may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This includes, without limitation, items involving fragrance and color selections. Exceptions apply only to orders with missing or incorrect items.

ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED ONCE PLACED: Notifying us that you need to cancel an order does not guarantee that we will be able to retrieve the order if it has already been processed.

If you refuse the package, you will still be responsible for the shipping charges on that order and store credit will be issued for the merchandise when it is returned to us.

If your order is missing an item or it is incorrect you may report it within 24 hours after delivery. After 24 hours orders will be marked as correct. You must include pictures of your items, order number, and packing invoice and email to ilea@flutterbycreation.com

PRICING: The pricing for each product shall be clearly displayed on the Website at the time you purchase the products. We do not offer any larger discounts than what is already listed on our Website. Flutterby Creations reserves the right to change its prices, at any time, without notice. Revised prices will be available on the Website. The amount of any local, state, federal tax or tariff levied on the goods, including, without limitation, sales or use tax if required to be collected by the Company, shall remain your sole responsibility, and where required to be collected by the Company, shall be added to each order.

TAXES: Flutterby Creations is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All taxes are the responsibility of the customers.
