SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING ORDERS: Current processing times will be posted on our home page. Please note that processing times apply to handmade items only, including freshies and 3D prints. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. During peak seasons and high volume periods, processing times may be longer than usual — please check our home page for the most current updates.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS: We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship outside of the US at this time.
STATIONERY COLLECTION — COLLECTIVE ITEMS: Items from our Stationery collection are fulfilled by a third-party supplier and may ship separately from the rest of your order. Transit times for these items may differ from our standard processing and shipping times.
SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping is estimated based on the weight of your order. Your shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method you select.
STANDARD USPS FIRST CLASS: Please note that USPS First Class shipping does not include insurance in the event of a lost or stolen package. Flutterby Creations will not be held liable for lost or stolen packages shipped via this method. Please choose your shipping method accordingly.
For insured shipping, we recommend USPS Priority Mail, which includes coverage for lost or damaged packages.
If you selected an insured shipping method and your package is lost or stolen, and tracking shows as delivered, it is the recipient's responsibility to file a claim directly with USPS for damaged or missing goods. We are unable to file claims on your behalf.
ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES: Once your order has shipped, please allow 3–7 business days for delivery depending on your location and selected shipping method. Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed by Flutterby Creations.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS: If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at ilea@flutterbycreation.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
